What Kubermint is and is not, and the risks of tokenized instruments. Read this before relying on anything else on the site.
Kubermint provides advisory, valuation and software services and operates the Kubermint platform, a system for issuing, recording and administering tokenized instruments and for administering funds. Kubermint is not a broker-dealer, exchange, alternative trading system, transfer agent, custodian, investment adviser or fund manager, and is not licensed as any of these in any jurisdiction unless a specific engagement letter says otherwise.
Nothing on this website is an offer to sell, a solicitation of an offer to buy, or a recommendation of any security, fund unit, token or other instrument. Any offer is made only by the issuer through its own offering documents, in the jurisdictions where it is permitted, and where required through a licensed intermediary. Issuers are responsible for their offering documents; Kubermint does not write, verify or endorse them.
Issuances on the platform are generally restricted to professional and institutional investors as defined by the regulator of the issuing jurisdiction. Retail participation, where available, is limited to issuances structured for it. Eligibility, country restrictions, hold periods and holder limits are set per issuance and enforced by the platform.
Sample records, calculators, demo data and worked examples on this site are illustrative. They are not real issuances, funds or investors, and the figures are not forecasts.
Regulatory summaries on this site and rule packs in the Fund Suite are general information with citations. They are not legal advice and must be reviewed with counsel or a compliance officer before being relied on for any decision.
Valuation, structuring, tax and regulatory work is provided under separate engagement letters that define scope, reliance and liability. Statements on this site do not create an adviser relationship.
