What this website and the Kubermint platform collect, why, and how long it is kept.
The website sets no advertising or analytics cookies. It uses your browser's local storage to keep an unsent draft of the intake form, the calculator settings and whether you have dismissed the notice. Nothing is transmitted until you submit a form. Fonts are loaded from Google Fonts, which receives your IP address when the page loads; no other third party is loaded.
The intake and contact forms send what you enter to Kubermint by email or to the platform's intake endpoint. We use it to respond to you and, if you proceed, to run the engagement. We do not sell it or add it to third-party mailing lists. The newsletter signup adds your address to a list you can leave at any time.
Investor accounts collect name, email, country, investor type and, for verification, identity details processed by our KYC provider. The platform's register stores hashes of identity documents and evidence, plus statuses and expiry dates; the documents themselves are held by the verification provider under its own policy. Holdings, subscriptions, transfers, votes, distributions and messages are kept for the life of the instrument and for the retention period required by the issuing jurisdiction, typically five to ten years after the relationship ends.
Issuers see the register for their own issuances. Custodians see the issuances in their custody. Exchanges and providers see only the tasks and eligibility answers for their role. Regulators and auditors may be given access where the law requires. We do not share personal data with anyone else except processors under contract (hosting, email, verification, payments).
You may ask what we hold about you, correct it, or ask for deletion where retention is not required by law. Write to the address in the footer. Where the UAE Personal Data Protection Law, India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act or another law grants specific rights, those rights apply.
See Security and controls. Data is encrypted in transit; platform data is encrypted at rest by the hosting provider; access is role-based and logged.
