Automation for fund managers and administrators running traditional and tokenized funds across India, GIFT IFSC, the UAE (DIFC, ADGM and mainland), Saudi Arabia and Singapore. One data model, one double-entry ledger, one hash-chained audit trail.
Each module posts to the same general ledger through a shared chart of accounts mapped to IFRS, Ind AS and SOCPA lines, so NAV, capital accounts, filings and AI answers cannot disagree with each other.
| Module | What it automates |
|---|---|
| Fund administration | Funds, share classes, investors, commitments with side letters enforced in code, unit register, subscriptions and redemptions, management fee engine |
| Fund accounting and NAV | General ledger with IBOR and ABOR books, trial balance, IFRS, Ind AS and SOCPA statements, revaluation, NAV strike with per-class NAV and full source lineage |
| Reconciliation | Bank, custodian and position reconciliation, exception-first break queue, overnight job |
| LP management | Capital accounts, net IRR, TVPI, DPI and RVPI, drawdown and distribution notices, capital and tax statements (Form 64C layout for Indian funds), LP portal with document signing |
| Capital operations | Capital call allocation on unfunded commitment with excused investors, European and American waterfalls with hurdle and catch-up, withholding tax, payment instructions, ISO 20022 pain.001 bank files, maker-checker on every cash movement |
| Portfolio management | Trades, prices, positions, gross and net performance, exposure, portfolio-company KPI ingestion with anomaly detection |
| Valuations | DCF, trading comparables, precedent transactions, option pricing model with Black-Scholes breakpoints, last round, blended; version history, sensitivity tables, approval to price, valuation memo |
| Regulatory compliance | Rule packs per jurisdiction with citations, continuous breach monitoring, filing calendar, regulator-native filing payloads rebuilt from source data and verifiable later |
| AML and KYC | Document checks, UBO chain flattening, fuzzy sanctions and PEP screening, wallet screening, risk scoring and review cycles, scheduled rescreening |
| AI analytics | Grounded questions over fund data with cited sources; LP letter, NAV commentary, IC memo and board pack drafts that need human approval. Uses Claude when a key is set, a deterministic engine otherwise |
| Tokenized assets | On-chain event ingestion by push or JSON-RPC pull, event-driven settlement from IBOR to ABOR on finality, stablecoin cash, fund share-class token accounting, 24/7 NAV per token, on-chain versus register reconciliation, ERC-7943 fund token contract |
Every module posts to the same double-entry general ledger. NAV, capital accounts, filings and AI answers all read from it.
Journals are corrected by reversal. Valuations and NAV snapshots are versioned. The audit log is append-only and hash-chained; one call recomputes the chain and reports the first tampered row.
Business-effective time is stored separately from system time, so the platform answers both "what was the NAV on 30 June" and "what did we believe the NAV was when we filed on 15 July".
IBOR holds provisional, real-time positions including on-chain transfers below finality. ABOR is the settled, official view. PBOR adds time-weighted returns from NAV snapshots.
Capital calls, distributions, redemptions and payment releases execute only when a different user with the checker role approves. Valuation approval, filing sign-off and AI drafts also block self-approval.
Every scheduled run is recorded with its output, and automated numbers carry their source references (journal ids, snapshot ids, price ids, transaction hashes) so an auditor can walk from a figure back to its inputs.
Traditional and tokenized instruments share one accounting engine and one system of record, with multi-book treatment, event-driven settlement instead of overnight batches, and one bitemporal audit trail.
On-chain events arrive by webhook from an indexer or custodian, or by pull over JSON-RPC. Ingestion is idempotent on chain, transaction hash and log index, and the sync cursor never passes head minus the confirmation threshold, so reorganizations are handled.
Each event is classified: fund-token mint, burn, LP-to-LP transfer, stablecoin cash in or out, tokenized asset purchase or sale, yield, gas. Trades below finality post to IBOR; at the confirmation threshold they settle to ABOR. Fund-token and stablecoin events post only at finality.
Transfers to wallets that are not whitelisted, are frozen, or belong to investors without approved KYC are refused and recorded as compliance exceptions.
An indicative NAV per token strikes around the clock from intraday prices; an official strike revalues first. Reconciliation compares token supply and holder balances with the unit register, stablecoin balances with the cash account, and asset token balances with positions.
Ten scheduled jobs. Each run is recorded with its output.
| Job | Schedule | What it does |
|---|---|---|
| NAV strike | Daily | Official NAV for daily and continuous funds |
| Continuous NAV | Every 15 minutes | Indicative 24/7 NAV for tokenized funds |
| Overnight reconciliation | 01:00 UTC | Cash reconciliation for every fund, breaks to the queue |
| Fee accrual | Monthly | Management fee accrual per LP with side-letter terms |
| Call overdue monitor | Daily | Flags capital call allocations past due |
| Compliance monitor | Daily | Runs all rule packs, opens or updates breaches |
| Filing calendar | Daily | Marks overdue filings, lists those due in 14 days |
| KYC rescreen | Daily | Rescreens cases due for review, expires overdue investors |
| KPI anomaly scan | Daily | Flags portfolio-company KPI anomalies |
| On-chain sync | Every 5 minutes | Pulls chain logs when an RPC is configured, then processes open events |
Strikes NAV, raises capital calls and distributions, runs reconciliation, prepares filings.
Approves every cash movement, valuation, filing and AI draft. Must be a different person from the maker.
Owns rule packs, breach queue, KYC cases and rescreening cycles.
Notices, statements, LP letters and board packs, with drafts grounded in ledger data.
A portal showing only their own capital account, notices, statements and documents to sign.
Configuration, user management and read-only access for auditors and the board.
Regulatory rule packs ship with citations, and every threshold is an editable parameter. Packs whose references are marked for verification are reviewed with your counsel or compliance officer before being relied on. The demo loads two fictional funds: a DIFC closed-ended PE fund with side letters, a capital call, quarterly NAVs, a partial exit and a bank reconciliation with planted breaks, and an ADGM evergreen tokenized fund with an on-chain subscription in USDC and a delivery-versus-payment purchase of a tokenized T-bill that settles on finality.
Send us a fund structure and a recent NAV pack. We will load it into a sandbox and walk your team through the modules that apply.
