Platform use is governed by the platform terms and, for investors, the issuer's offering documents and subscription agreement accepted at subscription. Accounts are personal; you are responsible for your credentials and wallets. Kubermint may suspend accounts for suspected fraud, sanctions exposure or breach of an issuance's rules.
The Kubermint name, logo, site content and platform software are owned by Kubermint or its licensors. Open standards referenced (ERC-7943, ERC-3643, ERC-1400, ERC-1155, ERC-4626) belong to their respective authors.
To the extent permitted by law, Kubermint is not liable for loss arising from use of the website, from reliance on illustrative material, or from the acts of issuers, custodians, providers or venues. Advisory engagements carry the liability terms in their engagement letters.
These terms are governed by the laws of the emirate of Dubai and the federal laws of the United Arab Emirates, with the courts of Dubai having jurisdiction, unless an engagement letter provides otherwise.
