One account, one KYC, and access to issuances on the Kubermint platform: real estate, credit, receivables, funds, commodities and carbon credits. You see the valuation, the custodian's attestations and the compliance rules before you subscribe, and your holding sits on a register that reconciles to the issuer's legal register every day.

Who can invest

Eligibility is set by each issuance and enforced by the platform, not by a checkbox. Most issuances are open to professional and institutional investors; some are open to retail investors where the issuer's licence and jurisdiction allow it.

Professional and institutional

Family offices, funds, corporates, banks and qualified individuals under the DFSA, FSRA, IFSCA or SEBI definitions that apply to the issuance.

Retail, where permitted

Only on issuances structured for it, with the disclosures and limits the regulator requires. The platform blocks retail subscription on every other issuance.

Country rules

Each issuance carries its own country and flow-back rules. If your country is excluded, you will see why before you spend time on onboarding.

After you hold

Distributions and statements

Dividends and rent are allocated pro rata on the record date, with withholding applied by your country. Statements show gross, withholding and net. Undeliverable payments are held for you to withdraw.

Votes

Issuers put material decisions to holders. Your ballot is weighted by units held and can be changed until the vote closes. Results are sent to every holder.

Secondary transfers

Send units to another registered investor or trade through an approved venue. Every transfer passes the same compliance check; rejections tell you why.

Redemptions and corporate actions

Redemption offers, maturity, splits and lock-ups are announced through the platform and accepted in your portal.

If something goes wrong

If an issuer becomes insolvent, transfers suspend, units freeze, a claim is filed for you automatically, and recovery is distributed pro rata to admitted claims. You are told at every step.

Support

Questions on a holding go to Kubermint; questions on the asset go to the issuer through the platform so the record of what was said is kept.

Tokenized instruments are illiquid and can lose value. Secondary transfers depend on finding a buyer who is eligible under the issuance's rules. Nothing on this page is investment advice or an offer; read the issuer's documents and the disclosures before subscribing.

Registration takes two minutes. KYC runs once and applies to every issuance on the platform.
